Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
These terms govern your use of ReplyWell (replywellhq.com). By using the service, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
1. The service
ReplyWell drafts replies to reviews of your business and, where you authorise it, posts them to your Google Business Profile. On the Concierge plan we also provide reply drafts for Yelp and Tripadvisor, which you post yourself.
2. Your authorisation
You confirm that you own the business profiles you connect, or are authorised to manage them. Auto-posting is turned on only with your express consent and applies only to the review types you choose. Negative reviews are never auto-posted.
3. Acceptable use
ReplyWell only replies to genuine reviews. We do not create, buy, solicit or incentivise reviews, and you may not use the service to do so or to break any platform's policies.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the replies you approve and for the settings you choose. You must tell us about any facts a reply must not include, such as confidential or health information.
5. Fees and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the published price. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Third-party platforms
Google, Yelp and Tripadvisor are independent services. We are not affiliated with them, and we are not responsible for changes to or outages of their platforms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
8. Termination
Either of us may end the service at any time. When it ends, we revoke our access and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email in advance.
10. Governing law
[To be determined after legal review.]
